Show Agriculture Students ! Visit on CSU Campus Nearly 80 high school agriculture agricul-ture students are the guests of College of Southern Utah for a special vocational day today, Thursday. The boys and their leaders represent Moapa Valley High, Overton and Virgin Valley High, Mesquite. Activities will include a display dis-play and demonstrations in the new CSU Trades and Industries Building and a tour of the new-Arts new-Arts and Crafts center. After two classes of dairy judging at the College dairy, the group will vis-It vis-It Utah Poultry In Cedar City and then travel to the CSU Valley Farm west of town. At the Valley Farm they will enter into beef cattle and sheep judging classes. Prof. Phil Og-den Og-den will demonstrate some pasture pas-ture management problems, weather permitting. Prof. D. C. Schmutz, chairman of the Agriculture division at CSU handled arrangements for the visit by the young studests assisted as-sisted by members of the Nevada Club on the CSU campus. |
