Show New Men Sustained For Stake Positions j At the Sunday afternoon general gen-eral session of the Parowan Stake Quarterly Conference, Karl O. Mitchell was sustained as superintendent of the stake Young Men's Mutual Improvement Improve-ment Association. He replaces Bert Fclstead In this position. Mr. Fehiteid has served for the past two years as head of the young men's group. j Mr. Mitchell has worked In the MIA organization In the Parowan Par-owan Third Ward In many capacities, ca-pacities, serving as ward superintendent, super-intendent, ward music director, and has been head of the M-Men M-Men of the ward for the past several sev-eral years. He has also served as bishop of the Third Ward and also as superintendent of the Ward Sunday School. He and his wife, Alice Clark Mitchell have served as missionaries to the St. George Temple for two years in addition to their work as ward leaders and teachers. At the same meeting Frank Dunton was sustained as a counselor coun-selor to President Elmo Robinson of the Second Quorum of Elders, in the Paragonah Ward, and Gam O. Page was sustained as a counselor to President Orland Evans of the Elders Quorum In the Parowan Third Ward. I Bishop Carl Buehner of the Pre-1 siding Bishopric of the L D S Church and Elder Henry G. Tern-; pest, a ward teaching supervisor in the presiding bishop's office, I represented the general authori- ties at the conference sessions.
