Show MEWS NOTES OF SUMMIT ACTIVITIES Mrs. Kuldah Peterson Mrs. Ardena Dalley was called to Magna, Utah last week because be-cause of the illness of her daughter, Ola Aldrklge, who was suddenly stricken ill.' John Dalley visited with his son Max Dalley, and family in Parowan, and spent the evening with his son Frank Dalley and family in honor of his birthday on Oct. 16. Mrs. Hannah Davis of Newcastle New-castle visited with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Itudger Fife and family last week. Those who attended the Parowan Paro-wan Stake High Priests party in I'aragonah last week were: Mr. and Mrs. Howard Dalley, Bishop and Mrs. Lyle Farrow, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Farrow, Mr. am! Mrs. Alma Lawrence, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker. Nelson Madsen, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Davenport, and Mrs. Hulda Peterson. An enjoyable enjoya-ble program was given after which ice cream and cake was served. Monday night a group of townsmen assisted John Jones in putting the sheeting on his new house. Howard Dalley was the speaker speak-er Sunday in our sacrament meeting, and he told of his attending at-tending the Education convention conven-tion in California. He also told of visiting the temple that is now rearing completion and of what a wonderful building it is. The Sunday School officers and teachers of our ward attended the preparation meeting in Paro-,wan Paro-,wan Sunday night. The Summit Ward was represented 100',; . |
