Show Phyllis Reeves, Kent Webster Wed In 2-Ring Ceremony Lin l iL.J A double-ring ceremony performed per-formed by Bishop Fernleigh Gardner Monday evening, Aug. 31, united in marriage Miss Phyllis Phy-llis Reeves and Mr. Kent Webster Web-ster of Cedar City. The marriage took place at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Otto Reeves, in the presence of members of the immediate families. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Burdctt Webster of Cedar City. Mrs. Theil Reeves, sister-in-law of the bride, of Ephrata, Wash., was matron of honor, with the Misses Luree Condie, Barbara Munford, Janine Thompson and Reba Ann Webster as bridesmaids. brides-maids. Joel Webster, brother of the groom, who just recently returned re-turned from Korea, was best man. The bride is a graduate of the Cedar City high school, class of 1952, and the groom is also a graduate of the Cedar City high school, class of 1951, and a former for-mer student at the College of Southern Utah. They are now on a honeymoon trip, after which they will make their home in Cedar City until Mr. Webster is called to military service. Following the marriage ceremony cere-mony the couple was honored at a garden reception at the Reeves home, with a large number of friends and relatives calling to honor the bride and groom. |
