Show ENOCH AND MIDVALLEY NEWS Mr. and Mrs. Hunter Gibson and family spent Sunday with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Royce Chamberlain at Orderville. Frank Halterman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Millard Halterman, is home on leave from the Marine Corps. He must report back to Camp Pendleton on Nov. 26. Mrs. Scott Hendricks was rushed rush-ed to a hospital in Salt Lake City Sunday morning. She had been in the Iron County hospital three days and recovered sufficiently to be released. However, her condition con-dition became worse and she was taken to Salt Lake City. Mr. Hen-dricks Hen-dricks and the family are in Salt Lake City with her. Mrs. LaVerne Cope, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Urie Williams, and her children are visiting here with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Ivor Jones and son Lorin visited a day in Delta with the Austin Johnson family. Mrs. Ivan Matheson suffered a back injury this Aveek which, it is expected, will keep her confined con-fined to her bed for several weeks. Wm. H. Grimshaw has moved to St. George for the winter, where he will spend his time working in the L D S temple. Most members of the Enoch ward attended stake conference in Parowan Sunday. The M-Men and Gleaner Girls of the ward held a party and chilli supper at the church Monday Mon-day evening. There were 15 young people in attendance. Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Anderson of Bountiful stopped at the home of David Murie in Enoch Tuesday Tues-day to get their two small children chil-dren who had been staying with relatives here while Mr. Anderson Ander-son attended the national Sepd Control Officials' meeting In Kansas Kan-sas City, Mo. After leaving Kansas Kan-sas they visited with B. J. Ander-son Ander-son and family in Dallas, Texas and returned to Cedar City by way of the Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico; Old Mexico and Arizona. |
