Show Utah 4-H Delegation Sends Food to Rural Europeans When Utah's 4-H club delegation delega-tion left for the annual national 4-H encampment at Wash., D. C, this week they took with them a one cubic foot box of food for shipment to Europe where it will be given to some rural hospital. hos-pital. Each state delegation, to the club camp was invited to bring such a parcel, of nonperishable goods, to be taken abroad by an International Farm Youth Exchange Ex-change group the latter part of June. The Utah box contained a sack of sugar, a sack of salt, and several sev-eral canned goods, including canned milk, honey, vegetables and fruits. All products bear a Utah label. Utah's delegation to the camp consist of Fern Shipley, assistant assist-ant Utah State Extension club leader, and four club members: ILuana Nelson of Cedar City; June Funk of Richmond; George Adamson of Draper; and Noe! Wood of Minersville. |
