Show Salads Important During the cold months of the year when piping hot dishes are first in appetite appeal, the salad course is likely to be a neglected part of the menu. This should not be true because be-cause salads are as important to good health In winter as in summer. Dark green, leafy salads are particularly par-ticularly needed for they are one of the bestsources of vitamin A, which protects the health of the skin and respiratory tract and builds resist-ance resist-ance against colds and Infections which are so common at this time of the year. |
