Show Police Court Has Busy Week's Session Cedar City police and the Justice Jus-tice court have had a busy week, with much of the activity caused by excessive use of Intoxicating beverages. Ten men were arrested and fined for drunkenness during the week. Two of them, Alfred Miguel Mi-guel of New Mexico, and Ar-mon Ar-mon Judd of Panguitch, were hailed into court twice on the same charge. Each one was fined $25 on his first appearance, and $25 and 15 days in Jail on the second charge. Other men who were assessed fines of $25 on charges of drunkenness drunk-enness were, Clarence M. Lam-oreaux, Lam-oreaux, Paragonah; Joe Stap-ley, Stap-ley, Kanarra; George Cook, Lund; Herbert W. Hatch of Panguitch, William J. Ellison of Hatch, Thomas Tho-mas Lawrence of Cedar City, Duane Barney of Hatch, and Eu-gene Eu-gene Judd of Panguitch. |
