Iron Sandstone Sand-stone No. 1, Iron Sandstone No. 2, Iron Sandstone No. 3 and Iron Sandstone Fraction Lode Mining Claims, situated in the southeast quarter of Section 27 and north half of Section 34, Township 36 South, Range 14 West, Salt Lake Base & Meridian. (Utah), Pinto Iron Mining Dislrict, Iron County, State of Utah, being Survey No. 7225 and described in the "field notes and plat on file in this office: Iron Sandstone Mine described de-scribed as follows: Beginning at Cor. No. 1 of Iron Sandstone Mine, identical with Cor. No. 4, Survey 4S93, Lost Iron Mine, from which the Cor. of Sees. 26, 27, 34 and 35. T. 36 S., R. 14 W. S.L.M. bears N. 64 35' E., 759.8 feet distant; thence S. 0 01' W., with magnetic variation 202 0 E., 1500 feet to Cor. No. 2; thence S. 85' 52' W., with magnetic variation 19V E., 600.2 feet to Cor. No. 3, identical wjth Cor. No. 3 of Iron Sandstone No. 1 of said survey; thence N. 0 01' E., with magnetic variation 17 V E., 1500 feet to Coi. No. 4; thence N. 85' 52' E., with magnetic variation 19 V E 600.2 feet to Corner No. 1 and place of beginning. Iron Sandstone No. 1 is described as follows: Beginning at Cor No. 1, identical with Cor. No. 4, Survey Sur-vey No. 4402, Rex No. 8, from which the V cor. between Sees. 27 and 34, T. 36 S., R. 14 W., S.L.M. bears N. 53 28' W., 860.3 feet distant; thence N. 72 31' E., with magnetic variation of 16 V E., 621.1 feet to Cor. No. 2; thence S. 0 01' W., with magnetic mag-netic variation of 19 V E., 1497.3 feet to Cor. No. 3, identical with Cor. No. 3 of Iron Sandstone Mine of this survey; thence S. 72 ' 31' W 621.1 feet to Cor. No. 4: thence N. 0 01' E., with magnetic mag-netic variation of 17 E., 1497.3 feet to Cor. No. 1 and place of beginning. Iron Sandstone No. 2 is described as follows: Beginning Begin-ning at Cor No. 1, identical with Cor. No. 1 of Iron Sandstone No. 3 of this survey, from which the 4 Cor. between Sees. 27 and 34, T. 36 S., R. 14 W S.L.M. bears N. 51 48' W 116.3 feet distant; thence N 72 31' E.. with magnetic magne-tic variation of 19V E., 629.1 feet to Cor. No. 2; thence S. 0 01 W., with magnetic variation of 18 V E 1500 feet to Cor No. 3; thence S. 72 31' W with magnetic variation of 17 E., 629.1 feet to Cor. No. 4, identical identi-cal with Cor. No. 4 Iron Sandstone Sand-stone No. 3 of said survey; thence N 0 01' E., with magnetic mag-netic variation of 18 E., 1500 feet to Cor. No. 1 and place of beginning. Iron Sandstone No. 3 is described as follows: Beginning Begin-ning at Cor. No. 1, identical with Cor. No. 1 of Iron Sandstone No. 2 of said survey, from which Cors. Nos. 1, Survey Nos. 4345 and 4370, Rex No. 2 & Rex No. 1, respectively re-spectively bears S. 51 49' W., 332.1 feet distant; thence S. 72 31' W 629.1 feet to Cor. No. 2; thence S. 0 01' W., with mag-netic mag-netic variation of 18V E.. 1500 feet to Cor. No. 3; thence N 72' 31' E., with magnetic variation of 17 V E., 629.1 feet to Cor. No. 1, identical with Cor. No. 4 of Iron Sandstone No. 2 of said survey; thence N. 0 01' E., 1500 feet to Cor. No. 1 and place of beginning. begin-ning. Iron Sandstone Fraction is described as follows: Beginning at Cor. No. 1, from which the '4 Cor. between Sees. 34 & 35, T. 3CS S.. R. 14 W S.L.M. bears S. lfir 11' E., 1185.6 feet distant; thence N. 89 56' W., with magnetic mag-netic variation of 18V E., 200 feet to Cor No. 2; thence N 10' 04' E with magnetic variation 18V E., 300 feet to Cor. No. 3; thence S. 89 56' E., with magnetic mag-netic variation of 19 E., 200 feet to Corner No. 4; thence S. 10 04' W with magnetic variation of 18 E., 300 feet to Cor. No. 1 and place of beginning. Excluding from abovp described area the n-eas In conflict with McCahlll No. 6 Patented Placer Mining Claim, Rex No. 12, unsurveyed and unpatented lode mining claim. Rex No. 1 Survey 4370. Rex No. 8, Survey 4402, Rex No. 2. Survey 4343, and Lost Iron Mine No. 1, Survey 4893 leaving net area claimed and applied for here of 55.2657 acres. Said claims are bounded on the S. by McCahill No. 6 Patented Placer Mining Claim, on the N by the Rex No. 8, Survey 4402, Rex No. 2, Survey 4345 and in part by Rex No. 1, Survey 4370 and on the W. In part by Rex No. 1, Survey 4370, and Rex No. 12, unsurveyed. and on the East by Lost Iron Mine and Lost Iron Mine No. 1, Survey 4893. Location notices of said Iron Sandstone Mine, Iron Sandstone No. 1. Iron Sandstone No. 2 and Iron Sandstone Fraction were re corded August 5, 1949, In Book M of Locations, pages 4S to 50 inclusive. Location Notice of Iron Sandstone No. 3 was recorded August 30, 1949, in Book M of Locations, page 67 and an amended certificate of location of lion Sandstone Fraction, dated and posted at the discovery on said claim on November 7. 1949. was recorded on November 9, 1949, in Book M of Locations, page 77.
