Water Users Name Richard Leigh To Head Organization At a meeting held in Cedar City Tuesday the Iron County Water Users Association elected a new president, naming Richard Rich-ard H. Leigh of Cedar City to head the association. He succeeds suc-ceeds Gronway R. Parry'- Other officers elected were H. L. Adams, vice president, and Stephen Brower, Iron county agricultural ag-ricultural agent, secretary. In addition to the election of officers the association members approved a resolution supporting legislation that has been introduced intro-duced into the state legislature to provide for closer contact between be-tween the state water and power board and the state engineer's office.
