Seated left to right: Mrs. Ray Lind- W J W T W Many Attend Lady Liens "Cub-Caper" Over 80 children and their mothers attended the "Cub-Capers" Saturday evening, the annual an-nual children's party of the Cedar Ce-dar City Lady Lions organization. The annual event, with the theme of "May Day", was held at 7:30 p. m. in the L D S Institute. Insti-tute. Tables were decorated with miniature May poles, and light refreshments were served to the assembled guests. The short program, which was presented for the children and their mothers included: a mar- quist, Mrs. Whitney Jensen, Mrs. Kumen Gardner, officers representative; Mrs. Theo Corry, chairman; Mrs. Gail Duncan. Standing, Mrs. Kent Dover, Mrs. Ray Anker, An-ker, Mrs. Ed Given ard Mrs. Francis Frye. Imbaphone solo by Alice Kane, a reading by Jane Mackelprang, an accordion solo by Geraldine Hunter, and a musical saw solo by Joseph Hunter. The program was climaxed with a magical show by Howard Driggs. The committee handling the affairs for the party included: Mrs. Theo Corry, chairman; Mrs. Kumen Gardner, officer representative; represen-tative; Mrs. Ray Anker, Mrs. Gall Duncan, Mrs. Ed Givan. Mrs. Whitney Jensen, Mrs. Francis Frye, Mrs. Ray Lindquist and Mrs. Kent Dover. |
