It is. moreover, a house with an eye to the future. It offers a five room home on the first floor com plete with living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bath. You may add two more bedrooms and bath upstairs whenever you need them and feel you can afford them. Five rooms or seven rooms: the choice is yours and the design de-sign is in no way affected by your choice. Every room is of good livable sixe. Each is well proportioned. The main portion of the house is almost square which facilitates economical con struction. The living room has an open fire place, the outside brickwork of which adds to the charm of the exterior. The garage is attached to the bouse by an open porch which serves as a covered way from house to garage in bad weather. The little salt box extension that adds charm to the lines of the garage serves as a convenient storage for garden tools and keeps them out of the garage proper. The roof dormers, the small pai.jd windows, the homey front entrance, the wide painted shingles, are all authentic items of true Colonial. The Zenith was designed to conform to the stan dards of the Federal Housing Administration. Its wiring plan is approved by National Adequate Wiring Bureau.
