Show Red Cross Quota Oversubscribed By Iron County With two communities yet to turn in their reports, Iron County has oversubscribed Its quota In the Red Crow emergency war relief drive conducted in the county during dur-ing the past two weeks, according to Elmer 11. Qui.st, general chairman chair-man of the campaign. A quota of Sl.ToO was set for Iron County by the national headquarters of the American Red Cross, and today Mr. Qulst reported that $1,820.89 had been turned In to the general fund. However, contributions will still be accepted, Mr. Qulst announced, at both the Iron County Record office of-fice and the Post office in Cedar City. Donations gathered in the various var-ious communities, together with the quotas set In each case, are as follows: fol-lows: Cedar City, collections $1,20"). quota $1,200; Parowan, collections $300.12, quota $300; Kanarra, collections col-lections $30, quota $00; Enoch, collections col-lections $3G75, quota $40; Summit, collections $32, quota $30; Mmlena, collections $50.32, quota $20; Lund, collections $30; quota $10; Beryl, collections $22.70; and Zane, collections col-lections $10. No quotas had been set for Beryl and Zane. Paiagonah and Newcastle, whose quotas were set at $75 and $30, respectively, have not as yet reported.
