Show Chamber Hoard Provides Funds For Scholarships The Board of Directors of the Chamberr of Commerce recently made available lor the awarding of scholarships at the branch agricultural agricult-ural College a sum of approximately approximat-ely $5C0. The fund to be used for this puriwsc ls one that wa8 set up some time ago as a student help fund to assist Branch college students stud-ents through school. The fund is to be turned over to the BAG. committee by the Chamber of Commerce to be usrd as it .sees fit in connection with scholarship schol-arship awards. It Is expected that other local civic organizations will also supiwrt the branch college in a scholwship urogram dcslgird Uo maintain a favorable enrollment until the end of the war. |
