There is no doubt about the matter ; that Bingham ought to have a library, j There are scores of small tovns (throughout the state that now have i the benefits of a Carnegie library, and I every one knows that this town Is I much better prepared to own a good, I library than most towns in the state. 1 Also the people here would know bet Iter how to use a good library thin the people in most other communities. , Even little towns like American I Fork and Pleasant tlrove have provided provid-ed for Carnegie libraries and many ! other small towns In the valley ai-'rendy ai-'rendy have them.
