Staploy, whose post-ofllce address is Kannrra, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of tho state of Utah, 1907, ns amended by tho Session Laws of Utah. 1909 and' 1911, to appropriate two hundredths (.02) of a cubic-foot of water per second from Parley Spring, Iron Co., Utah. Said spring is situated at a point which bears, north 85 degrees 45 minutes cast 1,550 feet distant of tho east quarter corner of section 34, Township 37 south, Range 12 west, Salt Lako base and meridian. The water will be divorted from the place where it issues from said spring and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 550 feet, and there used from March 1 to September 30, inclusive in-clusive of each year, to irrigate one acre of land embraced in section 35, Township 37 south, Range 12 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. As much of said water as may bo necessary neces-sary will bo used during tho entire year for domestic purposes. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's . Office as No. 5494.
