Show Summit. Summit, Jan. 14. The general health of the people peo-ple is much bettpr at. this writing writ-ing than for some time past. Those who have been so very sick are slowly improving. Miss Mable Dalley of Preston, Idaho, is here taking care of Sister Thrine Beecroft, and will remain until the patient has recovered re-covered sufficiently to be about. Mr. John Miller and family spent Sunday here with Mrs. Elzina Hulet. Last Thursday night the people peo-ple of Summit were entertained by an interesting lecture given by Mr. Haigh, representing the Character Builder. Those who were fortunate enough to be present at the oyster oys-ter supper given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Angus Riggs last Monday ght had a most pleasant pleas-ant tiri,' Next Friday night a dance and supper will be given the wood-haulers. Last night the people here listened to an interesting talk given by Mr. White of Kansas. i |
