Show REGULAR MEETING OF GOUKTYSOLONS Sale of County Hospital Bonds in Sum of $15,000 Approved to Palmer Bond House. PURCHASE OF SIGNS AND POSTS FOR ROADS PASSED County Road Supervisor Required lO File Detailed Statement of All Road Kxpenditures at the First of Each Month Other Matters. The Board of County Commissioners Commission-ers met in the Clerk's office of the County Court House at Pnrowan January Jan-uary 12, MM at 1 o'clock, p. m. Those present were. H. W. Lunt, Chairman. II. L. Adams. County Commissioner and D. Claude Urie, Road Supervisor. Minutes of the previous session were read and approved and business transacted a follows: Mr. Price of the Palmer Bond and Mortgage House met wrth the board and made them a proposition to purchase pur-chase the county hospital bonds at approximately $ If. ,000 and upon recommendation rec-ommendation of Chairman Lunt and Attorney Ryan and upon motion of Commissioner, H. L. Adams the offer was accepted. County Road Supervisor, I). Claude Urie, was instructed to keep an itemized item-ized account of all road expenditures on roads within the county for each month and file with the clerk a copy of said account on the first of each month and every month during the year. Mr. Randall L. Jones, representing the Arrowhead Trails Association met with the board relative to the erection ' of snltahle sign pints along the trU. Upon motion of H. L. Adams and seconded by Chairman Lunt, the coun- j ty agrees to purchase the signs and ! posts, provided the Association erect the signs alosg the trail within the county. H. Claude Urie, gave his report of1 road conditions withtn tne county and reported the road through KannrriC as completed Mrs. Aurelia Stevens was given an allowance of $12 per month, provided she file an affidavit as provided by law.
