Show AN ORDINANCE (Continued from puire 7) the following described boundaries shall be known, and the ''nme is hereby here-by created and designated as Paving District No. 10, to-wit: Commencing at the southwest corner cor-ner of Lot 1, in Block 20, of Plat B, Cedar City Town Survey, as the same is platted in the official map of said survey, thence north along the center lines of Blocks 20 and 21 of said survey sur-vey to the northwest corner of Lot 11, in said Block 21; thence east to the northeast corner of lot 10, in Block 21V6 of said survey; thence south along the east lines of Blocks 21 '4 and 20V of said survey, to the southeast corner of Lot 2, in said Block 20 14; thence west to the point of beginning. Section 11. That all of that portion of Cedar City, Utah, included within the following described boundaries shall be known, and the same is hereby here-by created and designated as Paving District No. 11, to-wit: Commencing at the southwest cor-' cor-' ner of Lot 1, in Block 20 t, of Plat B, Cedar City Town Survey, as the same is platted in the official map of said survey; thence north to the northwest i corner of Lot 11, in Said Block 20 tt; ; thence east to the center line of fifth east street; thence south along the center line of said fifth east street to a point directly east of the south boundary boun-dary line of said Block 20 ; thence west to the point of beginning. Section 12. That Certain ordinance of Cedar City, Utah, entitled, '"An Ordinance Creating Paving Districts Within Cedar City, and Designating the Boundaries Thereof," passed by the City Council of Cedar City, Utah, on the 6th day of June, A. D. 1916, is hereby repealed. Provided, however, . that this repeal of said ordinance . shall not effect any act done, any right accruing, or which has accrued or been established, or any taxes or assessments heretofore made or levied lev-ied against or upon any of the property pro-perty described or referred to in this ordinance. A Musical Opportunity for Southern Utah If a sufficient number of pupils enroll for a course in piano, beginning from the middle week of September, 1917, Mr. Gustave Soderluiul will remain in Cedar during the coming winter season.
