Show Hurricane Mr. and Mrs. Owen Little are here visiting relatives. They are expecting to remain here the greater part of tho winter; have been in Maine the last three or four months. Mr. Ruben Stratton and Mr. Wm. Marshall are here getting things together so that they can commence work on Petty Bros, and DeMills storo. Deer hunting is quite popular: "hunting" seems to be all they get for no one has been successful success-ful in getting a deer. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Russell aro hero visiting rolatlves and friends. Mrs. Andrew Wood returned homo to-day. Sho has been visiting vis-iting with hor parents in Kan-arrah Kan-arrah for a month. (Itocolvcil too Into for lust tasao.) Elders Goorgo J. Spendlovo, Wm. Ronsch and Lafay HallJleft last Friday for tho Southern States, to labor in tho missionary field. Tho Clark Circus was at Hurri-cano Hurri-cano ono day last week. Everyone Every-one especially tho children, wore delighted at having tho privilege of seoing so many difforont kinds of animals. A twovlo pound boy came to mako his homo with Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Isom October 20. A bouncing girl camo to tho homo of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Straton i Jr. November 3. All concerned doing nicely. Our primary grades begin school Monday morning, November, Novem-ber, "with Matilda Stucki and Augusta Carter as teachers. Molasses is still being made. |
