Last Tuesday evening a group of Democrats of Cedar City mot and organized or-ganized the Cedar "Cox-for-Prcsident" club. Mrs. John M. Foster was elected President, Mrs. Ernstus Anderson, Vive-President, Mrs. W. M. Mace, Secretary-Treasurer, and Parley Dal-ley, Dal-ley, John M. Foster and Miss Rhoda Palmer executive committee. Scott Durham, Jr., and his brother, Thiel Durham, of Fredonia, Arizona, are registered at the B. A. C. These boys have been in tho government service for n number of years, as trappers trap-pers of the Biological survey, and can tell of some very interesting experiences exper-iences with mountain lions and wolves, etc., on the Arizona strip. Mr. and Mrs. William Zimmerman1 of Los Angeles drovo in tho first of' this week over the Arrowhead Trail! in their jitney. Mrs. Zimmerman was formerly Mrs. Clifton, nnd they have' property interests in this county. They report a most pleasant trip without a ' minute's trouble of any kind. After, a few days here they will return to' California in the same manner. I |
