The City Trcnkurcr's report for the year ending-December, 1003, was presented pre-sented and referred back to the Treasurer Treas-urer for changes to be made. On motion of Councilor Higbee tho Auditor was authorized to draw a war-rant'ln war-rant'ln favor of Geo. City Sexton submitted his report on vital statistics for the year, and same was ordered filed with the Recorder. A communication from Secretary of State Hammond, Informing the council coun-cil that tho State Land Hoard would purchase the water bonds of Cedar City was read and ordered filed.
