Cochrane and wife have returned re-turned to their Ogden home, after an extended absence in the northeast. T. D. Ryan, cashier of the Commercial Commer-cial National bank, accompanied by his wife and son. left Ogden Tuesday for his old home in Illinois, where they will visit for a short time. One of the most pleasing Christmas entertainments that will be given takes place Monday at the Sacred Heart academy, when the students will render ren-der an excellent musical and literary programme to which the public is cordially cor-dially invited. 3T Miss Rose Vickery, one of Ogden's popular young ladies, entertained a large number of her young friends last evening at her prcty home on Adams avenue The evening was most delightfully de-lightfully spent at vocal and instrumental instru-mental music, games and other pleasures. plea-sures. C. and its ladies' auxiliary have arranged to give their regular annual an-nual grand ball at Conley's hall. These organizations are making elaborate preparations and the ball will doubtless doubt-less be one of the chief social attractions attrac-tions of the season. - |
