Show Meeting a Success. The fifth meeting of the newly organized or-ganized Queen's Daughters was held last Sat unlay afternoon at the resi-deiicr- of Mrs, John F. Campion, . S00 Logan avenue The address of the day was delivered by Rev. Joseph P. Carri-gan, Carri-gan, pastor of St. Patrick's church, who exJwrted the members to endeavor to be -worthy of the title of "daughters of the queen of heaven." He explained thai the young women were net banded together for a social object and that the charitable work that lay within their scope should be done without affected af-fected superiority. Joyce of Grand Junction was acknowledged in open meeting. New committees were appointed and Miss Cora McCabe was made chairman of the courtesy committee in place of Miss Langan. who b-aves the city soon. Mis; Fisher sang two songs, aecom- panied by Miss Brophy. and Miss Bu- I eher's voice was pleasing in a pretty, ballad.
