Plans are on foot looking to the erection erec-tion of a neAv parochial residence for the church of St. Francis do' Sales in South Denver. It is now only a few months since the completion and dedication dedi-cation of the pretty new church and it if free of debt. . The success which has attended the pastorate of Rev. Father Donnelly has offered encouragement encourage-ment to the trustees of the church, and they are taking. active' steps Avith the j hope of raising funds for the erection of a parish house. t l he Cuurch is located at the corner of Sherman and Alameda avenues, and cost entirely. $10,0u0. ' The hous?e will adjoin it on the Avest side and Avill be a two-story brick, costing ' $3,000. The foundation for the present prosperity which the church is experiencing AAas laid by Father William -Morrin, the pastor, who died in this city in April last. A school is hoav maintained for the- children of the pai-ish, and financially finan-cially and spirtually the church is feeling feel-ing unqualified prosperity. - Already the small church; is being taxed to. its utmost ut-most capacity, and it the hope of Bishop Marz that in fiAe years a more commodious structure can be put up. when the present .building., will be used for school purposes. .
