Show $ s Oneida Station j, ONEIDA Mr. and Mrs. Conder Smoot and children spent July 4th in Provo. They reported a complete com-plete week end of enjoyment. Mr. and Mrs. Charley Erickson and children had a short vacation that turned out to be a big one. They spent the 4th and several days up on the Salmon river. Mr. and Mrs. James Godfrey and children spent several days in Salt Lake and Provo. A brother and S;Ster reunion was held at Brighton Brigh-ton in Big Cotton Wood canyon. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Bahen attended the funeral Sunday, July 6 of Wallace Wal-lace Secrist. Mr. Secrict was 1he foreman operator at the Loan Utah power and light plant. Marvin Nungesser visited with his folks several days last week. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lee and children are vacationing in Oneida. Mr. Lee is the Utah Power and Light taveling maintenance engineer. engi-neer. Mr. and Mrs. Sawyer took all the Oneida children to Preston to see the 4th, of July parade. Then on to the Mink Creek celebration. Jeanne Sawyer played in the Preston high school band which was in the Fourth of July parade in . Preston Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Nungesser went to Pocatello last week to take Ralph Henderson back to his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Kropf Mrs. Joe Smout's father and mother of Treasureton visited the Smout's Sunday. Mrs. Earl Hewitt's parents Mr. and Mrs. Dunning of Evanston. Wyo., visited tlie Hewitts several days. With the Dunnings were their daughter, Mrs. Owens and son, Don. Mr. and Mrs. Shaw of Logan visited the Bahens Satnday. Mr. Shaw is Mrs. Bahen's brother. Mrs. Bahen also had two nephews visit her, Bill 'and Fred Newton. |
