Show FRANKLIN YOUTH IN CIVIL SERVICE j FRANKLIN (Special) Kolling Lowe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Heber D. Lowe received an appointment this week for a position with the Civil Service in Seattle, Wash. He will be a stenographer and clerk in the offices of the inspector of naval material for the U. S. Navy. He left Tuesday evening for Seattle. Se-attle. . Holling Lowe graduated from the Franklin high school in 1939 and since then has attended the I USAC in Logan and the Southern I Branch of Idaho university at To-' catello. At the time of his appoint- I ment he was employed in the office of-fice of the California Packing corporation at Franklin. i |
