Is as;erted, basing his prediction predic-tion on !he fact that 'the democratic democrat-ic form of government has always triumphed and ihat nations with a civilization built on force has sooner or later succumbed to a government based on democratic principles. The speaker set out three cardinal principles. They are, he said, to (1) learn to think i without confusion (2) to serve your fellow men, and (3) love God and country. Mayor J.
