Show Preston FFA Boys To Attend National Meet Ross Moscr, Bob Carter, and Ariel Meek of the Trestou chapter of the FFA will leave Preston chapter of the FFA will leave Preston Pres-ton Friday afternoon for Soda Springs where they will join other members of the Idaho group who are going to Kansas City, for the National agricultural instructor at I he local school. The group will have a special car on the Union Pacific train and will go directly to Denver, Colo., where they will arrive early Saturday Satur-day morning. They will wait over in Denver for one day, giving the boys a chance to view the 'city and enjoy a program planned for. tbnm. From Denver the group will go to Kansas Cily arriving enrly Sunday. Sun-day. While at Kansas Cily Ihe boys will take part in the National FFA convention and uIho in the National Nation-al judging contests held in connection con-nection with (he American Royal Stock show. Ross Moscr, Hob Caller, and Gerald Naffer will represent Idaho in t lie national livestock 'Contest. Gerald in at present allcniling 1 lie University of Idaho but will join the .group at Kansas Cily.' He will go by way of Ihe Milwaukee railroad, through liutle, Mont., Ariel Meek js a candidate for the American Farmer degree, the highest high-est degree possible in the organization, organi-zation, and will receive a gold key for this recognition. The hoys will he in Kansas City until Thursday reluming by way of Denver. |
