C Bladen a awell awell awell well known resident of this city pass passed d to the great beyond after a lingering illness of nearly two years his main ailment being heart trouble For the past several months he grad gradually gradually grad grad- grew weaker and weaker until the past month he was unable to move move- from his room except at rare Intervals and then only for f r a short time C. C C. C Bladen was known to practically practically practically ally every person in this city especially among the older members of the comI com com- I He lIe was during his young youn manhood and in the prime of life a a. ahard ahard hard working man honest and upright in his dealings toward his fellow men He lie was never a very religious man man and took no active part In church activities but he was a member of the the Mormon Faith He was 73 years of age last May and was one of the men m men n who passed through the struggles and adversities of the early settlement of Cedar and knew what It was waa to sacrifice in order orde- to build up and develop this country The deceased leaves one son John M. M Bladen to mourn his departure his wife having died when his son was but buta a young boy Funeral services will be afternoon commencing at 4 ocl ct I |
