Show f MAY FIELD f I Mrs. Lloyd Christiansen, Corr. o - Shirley Bogh, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. H. Bogh, left Salt Lake City Thursday evening to join the navy. Friday the Mayfield Primary offi-ders offi-ders and teachers spent a delightful day at the left hand fork camp grounds. Many dainties and goodies were enjoyed for their dinner and supper. Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Michaelson and daughter, Helen, of Gunnison, visit- ed here with relatives and friends Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Nels Sorenson and family, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Larson Lar-son and family, Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Larson, Mr. and Mrs. John Larson and daughter, Anna, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Christiansen and Miss Clara Mortensen, spent the latter part of the week east of Pea Vine flats enjoying en-joying fishing, hiking, horseback riding rid-ing and all the fun that goes with camping. Wednesday, 275 Mayfield people received re-ceived their last inoculation for typhoid ty-phoid fever. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Dyreng and family of Manti, spent Sunday visiting visit-ing with Mrs. Dyreng's parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. V. Bunderson. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Larson and family of Morgan, who have spent their summer vacation at the home of Mr. Larson's parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Larson, returned to Morgan Monday, where Mr. Larson is employed employ-ed teaching school. Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Wintch of Manti, and Mr. and Mrs. O. J. Christiansen, Chris-tiansen, spent Tuesday and Wednesday Wednes-day at Spring canyon camping. Mr. and Mrs. L. D. Larson and Mrs. Lyman Larson and daughter, Shirlene, have spent the past week at the Cowboy Cow-boy camp in Twelve Mile canyon with Lyman Larson, who is employed as rider by the Gunnison and May-field May-field Cattle association. Tuesday evening, 14 of Mayfield's peppy girls enjoyed a weenie roast and melon bust on the Mill hall. Ray Dyreng of Manti, was in May-field May-field Wednesday attending to business busi-ness matters. |
