Early Sunday morning groups of children and grown-ups were seeking places for an outing, the first opportunity oppor-tunity offered this spring, and under a clear sky, which mellowed the air to comfort, the crowds sported and enjoyed lunches in the foothills and other enticing places. At ten o'clock Sunday morning an appropriate Easter program was giv- en by the Sunday school of the Gunnison Gun-nison ward. The numbers were appropriate ap-propriate for the occasion and many gathered to hear praises to the resurrection resur-rection of Christ. The several parts given by the Sunday school class members, were well portrayed in the parts represented. Many children advanced the day of commemorating the event Saturday, and ladened with baskets of lunches sought the nearby lulls and the city park to celebrate.
