Show Many Courses Open; For Winter Quarter Ninety-nine courses will be open to students entering Br''hiun Young university for the winttv quarter, which will commence December 9, it is announced Ly the registrar, Join; E. These courses include work in practically every department cf rhe institution, says Mr. Hayes, r.r-.d attempt to provide for the needs of those who wish to add to their vocational voca-tional knowledge, such as agriculture, commerce and home economics; as well as for those who are planning the winter quarter's work as part of their drive towards a college device. In addition to the especially attvac-I attvac-I tive schedule of couiscs available to the student entering for the first time, there will be the regular offering offer-ing of continuation courses, which are open to the student who furnishes the proper pre-requisites, Mr. Hayes remarks. re-marks. Preliminary inquiries indicate an unprecedented winter enrollment. It is pointed out further, that this quarter offers special advantages to the student. The annual Leadership Week occurs during the term, and a wealth of extra-curricular activities and events makes it unusually attractive. |
