The principal witness in the case, Dunn's alleged plural wife had disappeared, and her bonds ($50,) were declared f o r f e i t e 1 1 . The next thing in order will be a search for the lady. Dr. Ormsby, assisted by Drs. L. W. and M. W. Snow, successfully performed an operation on Mr. Epbriam Shaw, of Wellsville, on Sunday last, for the removal of a large tumor that entirely filled the apace from his ear to his collar-j collar-j bone, occupying a large poition of the neck.
