It seems from the evidence evi-dence that Slander had trouble with bin wives and took up his residence al the house of the Niel Hen woman, who is said to be the plural wife of another man. The little girl who was sworn as a witness, is said be be an illegitimate illegiti-mate child, born even before her mother's marriage as a plural wife. At the conclusion of the case Mrs. N ielsen and the child were arraigned arraign-ed on a charge of perjury, Mr. A IHson elaimi ug that their evidence evi-dence before the court was in direct di-rect contradiction with that given by them before the grand jury. They were released in bonds of $ 100 each, Attorney Coombs, of Llrigham City, acting as their security. The case will bo looked into by the grand jury at its next, session.
