It is situated situ-ated in a good milk district, on the northern outskirts of Brigham City, and should receive the sup- port of the farmers and rar.ehers j generally. Stiner Bros, of Ogden, j competent creamery men, have the i enterprise in hand, they having ' leased the plain from J.T. Rich. The machinery has been placed in first-class first-class condition and a nice run will be made Monday, provided a sufficient suffi-cient amount of milk is on hand. The Callsfort farmers almost to a man have promised their surplus milk, and Three Mile Creek, Mantua Man-tua and this city will soon bo on hand. The creamery can handle 5,000 to 10,000 pounds of milk a day. Mr. SUn fM' expects 1,000 pounds to begin with and hopes the supply will increase to 8,000. The Salt Lake market will use every pound of butter the plant can turn out. If the creamery is given the right kind of support it will be the means of distributing hundreds of dollars among tin-farmers tin-farmers of this neighb orhood every week. |
