Show School Board Buys Two Modern Trucks Two new trucks, modern in every particular, will go into service next Monday with the opening of the Schools of Gunnison, and for the purpose pur-pose of transporting students to and from the schools. The trucks, manufactured by Graham Bros., are among the best ever brought to the valley and their addition will greatly great-ly facilitate transportation of the students. The large truck, having a 0-passenger capacity, will ply be-..tween be-..tween Gunnison and Axtell. It has Upholstered seats, can be closed tightly against inclement weather. The rear door is used for entrance and exit and is automatically operat- j ed by the driver, thus obviating i danger through careless opening byi passengers. The second truck, with a 30-passenger capacity, is also modern. This truck will be operated operat-ed between Fayette and the, high school and both will prove comfort-.-able and convenient as compared with the trucks ..in use : last, season. -The sale of the trucks to the school ...board was closed through Seeley-' Seeley-' Hinckley, the Mt. Pleasant dealers. The" old trucks' owned by ' the school board, have undergone complete com-plete repairs and have been put in good, shape.
