BurtBigler, son of Captain Big-ler, Big-ler, of Plymouth, was thrown from a wild horse and sustained serious injuries a short lime ago. He was driving a band of horses up towards Monuinei.t Springs. When his horse was galloping along at a lively rate, it suddenly stepped into in-to a deep badger hole and was thrown to the ground, turning completely over. The rider was hurled forcibly to the earth, the entire weight of the animal coming down upon him with fearful force, driving the horn of the saddle into in-to his stomach. He lay unconscious unconsci-ous for some time. Fortunately a friend happened along: picked him up and conveyed him home. , He is now convalescent. |
