Kearns Williams, surviving wife, Terrance M. Kearns and his wife, Laverde Keams, and Don Kearns, surviving children, and all unknown un-known heirs and unknown credit-, ors of Thomas F. Kearns, sometimes some-times known as T. F. Kearns, deceased; de-ceased; J. A. Tuft, surviving husband, and his wife, Mrs. J. A. Tuft, Clyde Tuft and his wife, Geneva Tuft, Byard Tuft and his wife, Rhoda Tuft, Mary Douglas, surviving children, and all unknown heirs and unknown -creditors of Mary E. Tuft, deceased; and Mrs. John Tuft, surviving- wife, and all unknown un-known heirs and unknown creditors of John Tuft, deceased; Also, all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest -in the real property proper-ty described in the complaint, adverse ad-verse to plaintiff's ownership, or any cloud upon plaintiff's title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county m which this action is brought; otherwise other-wise within thirty days after service ser-vice and defend the above entitleo action; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said courr.
