Show SCULPTURE BY TUT 'i n m On display in the oriental museum of the University of Chicago is this statuette of Queen Nofretete, mother-in-law of King Tut, which, It is said, is the handiwork of the king himself. Ue was courting the' daughter of Nofretete No-fretete at the time, and it is assumed that this little attention to his probable prob-able mother-in-law was calculated to make a hit with her. The case, which included the royal face, headdress, neck and shoulders, was unearthed at Tell El-Amara. |
