Olson, by a deed of trust, dated November 30th, 1920, and recorded re-corded in Hook C5 of Mortgages, page 494, on January 3, 1927, records of Sun Peto County, Utah, and in Book 18 of Mortgages, pages 591-2-3, records of Salt Lake County, Utah, on January 29th, 1927, conveyed to Karl D. Hardy, Trustee, the following described real estate situate in San Pete County, Utah, to-wit: Beginning at a point 12.35 chains East and 9.00 chains South from the Northwest corner cor-ner of Section 16, Township 15 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence east 9.75 chains; thence South 1.30 chains; thence south 39 dog. 30 min. East 11.45 chains; thence West 15.90 chains; thence Northerly 11.00 chains to place of beginning, and containing 13.00 acres, more or less. Beginning at a point 12.00 chains East and 16.00 chains North from the Southwest cor- nor of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 15 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, and running thence South 85 dog. 45 min. East 8.02 chains; Nino ($49.00) Dollain, and, WHEREAS, it is provided in said trust deed that should default be mado in payment of said note or interest in-terest as therein provided, then, at the option of legal holder of said note, the wholo of said note might be declared due and payable, and the said second party, on the request of the legal holder of said note, might proceed to sell the described property in accordance with terms of said trust deed. AND WHEREAS, the legal holder of said note has, because of said default, de-fault, declared the whole of said note, due and payable and ro-.uested the said trustee to proceed to sell said described property according to the terms of said trust deed.
