Show THE S. S. l.VIOI A Flensaiit Kveulnff'a Entertainment nt tlte Tabcriincle. Tuesday. The Sunday School Union in the Tabernacle Tuesday evening was largely attended, the lower part of the building being literally packed. Stake Supt. O. W, Snow was in charge. This was the first of the Unions held in the Tabernacle. It was partially experimental, but it proved very successful and the entertainments will be held there regularly each month hereafter. The program, published in last Saturday's Bugler, was carried out in a creditable manner and to the entire satisfaction of the 500 to GOO auditors assembled. The Slake Super intendency deserve much credit for getting up such a pleasant pleas-ant free enfertainment; so also do those who took part in the praiseworthy praise-worthy program; it requires considerable con-siderable time and labor on the part of the participants in preparing pre-paring Buch a program their time - and labor are freely profTered and they expect no reward whatever. Considering all this, the public should show great leniency in their criticism of any such entertainments. |
