Editor Bi'ui.kk: In the gatherings of the members of the First Ward of Brigham City none have been more pleasant than that of the- Primary Association last week under the management of Mrs. J. D. Peters,vhom the children child-ren admire as their tutor. On Sunday Sun-day evening, in the meeting house, a review of their past labors was given; on this occasion, choice selections selec-tions of songs and recitations with Bible stories were creditably rendered, ren-dered, also a review of a Book of Mormon lesson and illustrated by charts on the subjectfanswer8 given, etc., showing they had been well taught. They were well prepared with there responses to questions, ques-tions, j On Monday they again met and j all enjoyed themselves in the dance. Tn the midst of their mirth Santa Claus was kind to them; distributing such things of which he seemed to have a good supply. Amongst the rest, their president was not forgotten, for with a few 1 chosen lines, composed by D, Booth for the occasion, she was presented with a tribute of their love. Communicated. |
