Mrs. Floyd Beck spent several days ' ' at Salina this week visiting with her parents. 1 Mrs. C. M. Madsen and daughter, Christie, came home Monday from Salt Lake. Rex Kearns, H. C. Olsen and son, Newell, and Bert Gribble have returned return-ed from a trip to Fish Lake. Dr. and Mrs. Nelson Beal, and Miss Nedra Beal, have returned from a visit to relatives at Ephraim. j Monday evening Miss Margaret ! I Mrs. Howard Roberts entertained at luncheon and games Thursday ; afternoon, in honor of her daughter, ; Aula's birthday anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. John S. Peterson, Mr. j and Mrs. J. B. Roper and N.J. Soren-son Soren-son motored to Salt Lake last week, returning home Friday evening. Mrs. Ellen Hofheins and son, Newell, New-ell, left Wednesday morning for American Fork. Newell will attend the University of Utah this winter. Dorothy Christensen left for Salt Lake the first of the week. She will be absent for the winter and will attend at-tend the East Side high school. Miles Madsen was a passenger to Richfield Tuesday evening. Ho will be absent several days assisting the Telluride Power company in a busy session. Blaine Perkins will attend the Snow Normal College at Ephraim this winter and Monday he left for the noreth. He will take a normal course at the college. Mr. and Mrs. J. Herbert Johnson and childrne left Thursday morning for their home in Salt Lake after a three weeks' visit in this city and in i Beaver. Mrs. Arley Edwards will leave for Salina tomorrow where she will join I Mr. Edwards. Mr. and Mrs. Edwards ! will make the north Sevier city their future home. Milton Allred of Salina is the guest at the home of Jiis sister, Mrs, F. H. Beck. Milton will be here for a month or more and will attend the Gunnison public schools. Mrs. J. R. Winder, who has been |
