Agri-culture. Fifty per cent of the cost, not to exceed $16,500 per mile, is the maximum maxi-mum participation in all states except ex-cept those containing unappropriated public lands in excess of 5 per cent of all lands in the state. For these states the special provision is made that the government may participate to the extent of 50 per cent plus a percentage ratio of the total estimated esti-mated cost equal to one-half of the percentage which the area of the public land bears to the total area of the state.
