Show NOTCIE OF SALE UNDER PLEDGE Pursuant to thepowcr of sale con-tainnd con-tainnd in that certain collateral note dated June 9, 1921, due ninety days after date, made and executed by W. E. Bown in favor of Knight Trust and Savings Bank, which note is for the principal sum of Twenty Shf Hundred Thirty Three and 87-100 Dollars (!f2G33.87) with in terete at the rate of eight per cent per annum, the said Knight Trust and Savings Bank, as pledgee, will, on the first day of December, 1922 at ten o'clock A. M. of said day, at its banking house in Pi-ovo City, State of Utah, sell at public sale four hundred sixty-six sixty-six and two-thirds (166 2-3) shares of the capital stock of the Highland Canal Company, represented by Cer- , tificate No. 83, in the name of John Lprsen, and endorsed by the said John Larsen to the said W. E. Bown, unless prior to that time the said note with interest, together -with the additional sum of Five Hundred Thirty Seven and 85-100 Dollars ($537.85) paid by said bank as assessment as-sessment on said stock, with interest i on the last named sum, shall have I been paid in full. i Dated this sixteenth day of November, Novem-ber, 1922.
