That the two paragraphs next above, giving the names of owners, stockholders, and security holders, if any, contain not only the " list of stockholders and security holders as they appear upon the books of the company, but also in cases where the stockholder or security holder appears ap-pears upon the books of the company as trustee or in any other fiduciary relation, the name of the person or corporation for whom such trustee is acting, is given; also that the said two paragraphs contain statements embracing affiant's full knowledge and belief as to the circumstances and conditions under, which stockholders stock-holders and security holders who do not appear upon the books of the company as trustees, hold stock and securities in a capacity other than that of a bona fide owner; and this affiant has no reason to believe that any other person, association, or corporation cor-poration has any interest direct or indirect in the said stock, bonds, or other securities than as so stated by him. Madsen, representing the New Edison Phonograph company, was here the first of the week in the interests of his company. Mr. and Mrs. "Clyde Tuft and baby, of Salt Lake, returned to their home Tuesday morning after a few days visit with Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Tuft, parents of Clyde Tuft. Mrs. Ellen Hofheins, of the Tel-luride Tel-luride Power company's offices, was called to Salt Lake last Monday on account of the serious illness of her son, Leland. Leland was stricken j with typhoid at Springville Sunday j and was hurried to a hospital in Salt I Lake for treatment. I . J. C. Powers, an experienced accountant ac-countant from Salt Lake, was an ar- i rival in the valley last Sunday. Mr. Powers has accepted a position with the Gunnison Valley Sugar company as head bookkeeper and he assumed ! charge of his duties last Monday. P. W. Cope, for some time past 1 with the auditing department of the Gunnison Valley Sugar company, but . who was recently appointed as as-' as-' sistant treasurer and secretary, was .among the "visitors from Salt Lake at the formal opening of the factory ; last Monday. |
