It seems from the testimony that Anderson has treated his wife in an inhuman manner, often personally per-sonally assaulting her and threatening threaten-ing her with death. In addition to this cruelty the defendant is said to have failed to provide even the necessaries of life for his family, but instead in IS',) 2 transferred his base of operations to the home of Mrs. bine M. Johnson at. Bear River City, where he still lives. The complaint alleges that be has been living in a state of adultery with Mrs. Johnson.
