Show ALLEGES WOUNDED ARE KILLED. Grave Charges Made by Russians Against German Soldiers. London. Reuter's Pstrograd correspondent corre-spondent sends the following official note, issued in the Russian capital Sunday: "Prince Kurakine, the special Red Cross envoy at the front, telegraphs 'that after the German artillery had bombarded the station, where our wounded were lying, German cavalry finished off the wounded with their carbine butts, after spraying petrol and benzine about, set fire to the station, sta-tion, which was burned down with the men inside." |
