Show SECOND VETO INVITED. Senate and House Insist Upon Abolition Aboli-tion of Commerce Court. Washington. President Tart will register a second veto against the legislative, leg-islative, executive and judicial bill, it ii3 predicted. The bill was passed in both houses on Monday. The hill as sent to the White House provides for the abolition of the commerce com-merce court, but does not contain the provisions which would limit to a seven sev-en year tenure civil service employes, to which Mr. Taft objected when he vetoed the same bill; several days ago. The president has expressed a willingness will-ingness to stay in Washington all summer, if necessary, to back up the commerce court. |
